Every contract, every fee schedule,
versioned to the service date.
About 40% of practices do not have clean digital copies of their own contracts. They signed something five years ago, it auto-renewed, and nobody is sure what the current rates are. The Contract Engine ends that — it is a versioned ledger of every schedule, indexed by effective date, searchable by provider and location.
Signed contracts, amendments, and leased-network clauses.
Upload a PDF. Link a payer portal. Forward an email. The Contract Engine extracts the fee schedule, the effective date, the reconsideration windows, the network-leasing language, and the termination clauses — then tracks every amendment over time.
Never compare 2026 payments against a 2025 fee schedule.
Fee schedules change. Effective dates shift. The Contract Engine keeps every version of every schedule addressable — so the Variance Router always compares a paid claim against the schedule that was actually governing on the date of service, not the one sitting on somebody's desktop today.
Which provider, which location, which TIN, on which day.
Contracts do not live in isolation — they apply to specific providers at specific TINs at specific locations. The Engine keeps a TIN/NPI graph that resolves mid-term schedule amendments, credentialing moves, and location additions. When a claim comes in, we know which schedule applies.

Read-only access to one location. Two weeks. Priced, cited, appealable variance — or a clean bill of health.
